Salad Days was born from my love of cooking for loved ones, gathering people around a table to share a story and a meal and above all else, having fun and enjoying delicious food.
My favorite foods are seasonal salads, ice cream and really good bread and butter. I believe fruit should never count as dessert, ice cream must contain chocolate and butter should be slathered on thick like cream cheese.
My favorite places to be are in a kitchen or on a beach.

The term “salad days” is a Shakespearean phrase that refers to the carefree, idealist, and innocent times of our younger days.
In Shakespeare's Antony and Cleopatra, Cleopatra reflects on her early infatuation with Julius Caesar as being carefree, naive and innocent: “My salad days, when I was green in judgment.”
We’re here to embrace Cleopatra’s innocence. Salad Days entertaining is playful, approachable, whimsical and carefree. Think less rules, more fun. Let the good times vibes flow.
